Appointment Information

We are committed to providing quality care to all our patients.

Our standard GP appointments are 15 minutes. We understand this may be a change from previous appointment times, and we want to ensure you receive the care you need.

Patients who require additional time are encouraged to request a double appointment (30 minutes) when booking. This includes patients who have multiple health concerns to discuss, complex medical needs, or require translation support.

Please inform our reception team of your requirements at the time of booking so we can ensure you have adequate consultation time.

Missed Appointment Policy

From 9 February 2026, patients who miss appointments without providing notice will be charged an $18 DNA (Did Not Attend) fee (previously $10).

When appointments are missed without notice, other patients are unable to access the care they need. We encourage all patients to:

  • Attend booked appointments

  • Contact us early if you need to cancel or reschedule

  • Provide as much notice as possible

This policy helps ensure fair access to healthcare services for all patients in our community.
