Payment For Your Appointment
Same Day Payment
Payment for all services is expected on the day of your appointment unless prior arrangement is made for credit.
Missed Appointments - $10
A “missed appointment” is one for which you are 5 or more minutes late. Thank you for your understanding. If prepaid there will be no refunds offered.
Varying Charges
Varying charges may be incurred in a range of circumstances including for instance:
ACC visits
Longer consultations
Minor surgery
Services involving equipment or supplies.
Late Payment Fees
A late payment fee of $10 per month will be charged on all overdue accounts
All costs in relation to the collection of overdue accounts will be added to your account
