Wim Hof Method Breathing Workshop
Jason Suttie shared his expertise with the Pacific Health Plus community on the many life-changing health benefits of breathing techniques through the Wim Hof Method. This 3.5 hour workshop was free to PHP patients, staff and whānau and was held in August 2022 at Pacific Health Plus Kāpiti. We look forward to more of these innovative programmes for our community.
